Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Collectors Game Hub. If not, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under the terms below.

Return Window & Condition

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, with all tags and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Graded cards and collectibles must be returned in the same sealed holder.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@collectorsgamehub.com to request a return. We’ll reply with approval, instructions, and a prepaid return label.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. The quickest method is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product after your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Fees & Shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Return shipping label is included in the package and is free for approved returns by mail.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
